Young adults (18–34) with psoriasis-prone skin need better, more accessible care. Despite affecting 2–3% globally, psoriasis remains underdiagnosed, undertreated, and deeply impacts daily life. Over 90% face stigma, with harmful ‘dirty’ and ‘contagious’ myths damaging self-esteem, mental health, and relationships. It raises the risk of anxiety, depression, and poor sleep — yet care satisfaction remains below 40%.
