The Brief: A group project to illustrate a poetry book 'Cautionary Tales for Children' by Hilaire Belloc. I was nominated the group leader of 5, with 2 typographers, and 3 illustrators, including me. This book featured gruesome poems from 1907 where misbehaved children would get their comeupance . We reimagined these poems and brought the stories together to create a long narrative where the Grim Reaper completes his hit list of misbehaved children.
